Michele joined our staff in late 2008 and soon became indispensable to all our patients and both Directors. She ensures that both offices run smoothly and that hearing aid orders and repairs are handled efficiently. She is also responsible for appointment scheduling and maintenance of office inventory. This includes the thousands of replacement parts and batteries for all of your hearing aids! She really cares about the personal service to patients our offices are noted for.
